Date: April 6th, 2024

Fishing Time: Sunrise (6:50am) until 12:30pm

Weigh-In: Must be at weigh station by 12:45, located at Headquarters

Headquarters: Phelps Fire Hall, 77 Ontario Street, Phelps, NY

Fishing Area: Anywhere in the Canandaigua Outlet & Flint Creek

Entry Fee: Adults $10, Youth $5 (15 & under)

Entry Deadline: Registration & Fee due BY April 5, 2024 @ 3:00pm

What does the entry fee include?

  • One entry to win a Keuka Lake Fishing Charter, along with 7 other raffle ticket prizes

  • Cash prizes paid out for Adult & Youth divisions separately

  • Refreshments to include coffee, water, hot dog lunch (@ noon)

Breakfast Sandwiches Provided by the Phelps Fire Department from 6:00-8:30am, $4 each, proceeds to benefit the PFD.

Food Cupboard Raffle

Receive one ticket for EACH canned or boxed food item that you donate to be entered in a separate prize drawing.  Prize TBD.

Donations to benefit the Caring Hearts Food Pantry.

How to Enter the Derby

Online

  2. Make Payment with Venmo, OR

  3. Bring Cash to Mike Vienna, 1382 South Marbletown Road, Phelps, NY (drop box by garage)

Paper Form

  1. Download the registration form (link at top of this page)

  2. Print and complete the form

  3. Make Payment with Venmo, OR

  4. Bring Form & Cash to Mike Vienna, 1382 South Marbletown Road, Phelps, NY (drop box by garage)

Prize Raffle Ticket Info

COST: $5 each or 5 for $20

Non-Profit Raffle, Drawing at Headquarters around 1:00PM on 4/6/24 (need not be present to win)

(all proceeds returned to participants and/or local non-profit organizations)
