Recipe: Venison Meatballs Submitted By: Mike Vienna

2 teaspoon of dried parsley.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Spaghetti sauce.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, dried parsley and garlic powder; mix thoroughly.
Add the ground venison and knead with your hands until blended well.
Form into golf ball-sized meatballs.
Brown the meatballs on all sides.
Put the meatballs in a pan of spaghetti sauce and simmer, covered, for about 60 minutes.
Serve as desired.
