Goose Kabobs
Soak clean good breast in cold salt water for about 4 hours
Cut into 1 inch x 1inch cubes
Marinate in Oriental mandarin sauce for 2 days in refrigerator
Remove from marinade, and wrap each piece with a 1/2 length of maple flavored bacon (thin slice)
Place on wood kabob skewers, making sure the skewer is placed through the bacon to hold together
Place on preheated grill at medium, for 3 minutes per side (don't over cook or the meat will get tuff)
Remove from skewers and enjoy as a snack or appetizer
