Goose Kabobs

  • Soak clean good breast in cold salt water for about 4 hours
  • Cut into 1 inch x 1inch cubes
  • Marinate in Oriental mandarin sauce for 2 days in refrigerator
  • Remove from marinade, and wrap each piece with a 1/2 length of maple flavored bacon (thin slice)
  • Place on wood kabob skewers, making sure the skewer is placed through the bacon to hold together
  • Place on preheated grill at medium, for 3 minutes per side (don't over cook or the meat will get tuff)
  • Remove from skewers and enjoy as a snack or appetizer
